W. Bradley Electric, LLC (WBE) has been setting industry standards for experience, education, customer service, and workmanship since 1977.
Founded by William T. Bradley, Sr., WBE started out as a home business. Bill’s persistence and hard work soon paid off, and the small commercial electrical contractor became a thriving company. Now, we have more than 300 employees and an annual sales volume of over $125 million.
Our History

WBE Founded
William Bradley Sr. (Bill) and his wife Claudia Bradley, establish W. Bradley Electric – WBE, as a new company in Novato, CA.

WBE Telecom Division Added
We aren’t just Electrical anymore as Telecom joins the company’s offerings.

Our Security Division Expands Our Offerings
WBE continues growing, this time into Security Installation.

Leslie (Bradley) Murphy is Promoted to CEO/Owner
Bill Sr. retires

WBE Network is Added
Keeping everyone connected though our IT/Networking Division

Audio/Visual Division is Started
AV for conference rooms, conventions and more!

Traffic Signal/Street Lighting Becomes our 6th Division
Keeping the traffic conditions safe in your city

WBE Becomes Woman Owned
Under Leslie’s leadership, WBE goes on to expand to six divisions and grow our annual revenue from $4 million to over $125 million, and over 300 employees. In addition, WBE has begun receiving awards.

Todd Baker Transitions to Partner and CBO
Todd started with WBE in 2003 as a Project Manager and helped grow the company to $146 million a year.

WBE Becomes 100% Employee Owned
Leslie and Todd sell to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. WBE is now 100% employee-owned!

Justen Decker Joins the Team as CEO/President
With nearly 30 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, we are excited to welcome Justen to the WBE Family!
