This project is a 120,000 square foot facility located on a 13 acre site. It will expand the current 20,000 barrel production facility to 35,000 barrels annually. The brewery will provide a brewpub restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, tasting room, guided and self-guided tours. This state of the art facility will be the most automated facility built to date in the United States. The construction consists of three types of buildings that complement each other: a Tilt up concrete building for barrel storage and funky brewery, and a 2 story framed structure for the restaurant and corporate offices.
