      This is a full-time role for a Traffic Project Manager. They will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

      Base salary

      $130,000/yr – $163,000/yr

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop detailed project plans outlining project goals, timelines, and resources required.
      • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and expectations.
      • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
      • Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to achieve project goals.
      • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
      • Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
      • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
      • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
      • Prepare regular progress reports for clients and company management, detailing project status, budget variance, and upcoming milestones.
      • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications.

        Qualifications

        • Minimum of 3 years with project manager experience, within the construction industry preferred.
        • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
        • Knowledge of construction paving, underground, concrete and grading practices.
        • Knowledge of traffic control practices, standards, and regulations.
        • Experience dealing with purchasing managers, architects, union employees, and general contractors.
        • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
        • Excellent communication and project management skill
        • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

            Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
