Telecom Scope
W. Bradley Electric’s Telecom division was responsible for the installation and termination of the fiber optic backbone supporting the site’s communication infrastructure. This involved installing new 12-strand single-mode fiber optic cables from control panels to multiple pump control vaults.
The telecom team terminated each fiber cable at patch panels and the individual pump control vault control boxes. Upon completion, WBE provided detailed fiber testing reports to verify performance and compliance, ensuring reliable communication pathways for the system’s control and monitoring needs.
Automation Scope
WBE’s Automation team executed the installation and termination of a range of instrumentation devices designed for monitoring levels, pressure, and flow throughout the site. This included mounting and terminating ten level transmitters and ten level switches—one per pump-out vault. Each device was connected to its respective control box within the pump control vaults.
The team also mounted 23 level transmitters at individual well boxes, securing each to existing well casings and coordinated final connection details on-site. Additionally, four repeater transmitters were installed on new instrument stands to ensure signal reliability. WBE terminated prefabricated control cables for ten pressure transmitters and ten flow meters, enabling full integration with the system’s control logic.
