This project featured state-of-the-art AV and digital systems across 150 video conferencing rooms and 25 specialty spaces, seamlessly integrating building-wide wayfinding and digital signage.

Key installations included:

• A striking 30′ x 16′ curved DVLED wall
• A sleek 27′ x 8′ flat DVLED wall
• Two 6′ x 10′ DVLED walls, all leveraging cutting-edge technology, including automatic conference room activation triggered by human presence.

The AV infrastructure was designed for efficiency, utilizing Cat 6 and Cat 6A wiring to support video walls, sound systems, cameras, and video extension. To enhance project efficiency, WBE prefabricated backplanes and specialty space equipment racks offsite, minimizing on-site labor and waste. Additionally, WBE streamlined the network setup process by proactively gathering critical data, including serial numbers, MAC addresses, equipment types, and room assignments.

This forward-thinking approach ensured a seamless deployment of a highly sophisticated AV environment.
